Athlete Fee Payment and Registration Forms
Event check-in/registration will be held Monday, July 16, 2012 between 3 pm and 11 pm
AND Tuesday, July 17, 2012 between 12 pm -5 pm
A Complete Athlete Registration will include:
- Athlete Entry Fee - in person only after July 1. Fees are $15 per athlete after July 1, 2012. Paying fees does not register you for the competition. You need these forms to complete your registration:
- Athlete Entry Form
- Athlete Internet Permission Slip
- Medical Consent Form
